We offer a variety of services to help the bride-to-be!  From just helping a little to helping a lot - we can do anything you need us to do!  Discover why many brides choose to hire a planner. One of the most joyous occasions in life is a wedding, but it can also be a very stressful time. 

With a professional planner You don't have to sweat the small (or big) stuff.  Everything from the flower delivery, to the set up of the cake, to the limos arriving on time is taken care of for you.  An experienced planner knows all the small details and has an outstanding ability of keeping track of them.  A consultant does not take over the planning of your wedding for you but rather, advises you and assists you so you have the information you need for the most spectacular wedding possible on a budget you can afford, and then you make all the final decisions.

Wedding  Package #1
Getting Started

You've got the ring, you've said yes, now what do you do??  If you just need help getting started then this package is for you!
This package will consist of two meetings.  The first meeting will be to get a sense of what you, the bride and groom, want.  Any ideas, inspirations, pictures and "definite do-nots" as well as the guest list, date and budget will be discussed in this meeting.
Within 1-2 weeks we will meet for a second time and you will be given a list of vendors (florists, photographers, caterers, etc.) that are (a) within your budget, (b) capable of doing what you want and (c) available for booking on the day of your wedding.  You will also have an itemized budget and customized timeline to help you continue your planning.  I will also give you my number so that I can be your "support line."  You can call me with any questions or problems you have during your planning.

"Day-of" Coordinating

There is nothing wrong with the bride and groom doing all the advanced planning for their wedding.  But the day of the wedding should be their day to relax and enjoy it!  Not a day to be worrying about if the florist delivered the right number of centerpieces, if the limo driver is going to arrive on time and if the best man lost his tie.  Let us take care of those details for you!
The first step to this package is a form that I will send you to fill out so that I will know the logistics of the wedding (times, people, vendors, etc.)  This package also includes a walk-thru at the rehearsal and a maximum of 4 hours on-site the day of the wedding  (This package does not include a consultant for the reception but that can be added.)

COmbo Package

Wedding Planing Packages #1 and #2 can be combined.  I can help you get started with your planning and let you take over the rest.  And then I can be available on-site for the rehearsal and the day of, reception included.

Wedding Package #3
FInishing Touches

If you've been planning your wedding for weeks or months now and you need a break, let us pick up the slack! 
I typically like to start this package 4-6 weeks before the wedding.  We will meet and go over a checklist to make sure everything is taken care of and you will supply me with all your plans (vendors, colors, theme, etc.)  I will pick up from there by keeping in contact with the vendors and attending to last minute details.  This package also includes help with on-site decorating, the walk-thru at the rehearsal, and a maximum of 7 hours on-site the day of the wedding, reception included.

All our Packages (with exception to #1) and most additional services can be set up on payment plan for no extra charge. 

An additional rate of $20/hr applies to extra "on-site" hours.  The maximum is 4 hours for the ceremony only and 7 hours for ceremony and reception. 

A 25% Deposit is due upon booking and the balance is divided by the number of months until the event to calculate your monthly payment.   Final payment is due by the day before the wedding.

Wedding Package #4
Full Service

You are the bride and brides deserve to be pampered, don't they?  Of course!  So treat yourself to this package and don't worry about a thing!  Let us handle it from the moment you say "Yes!"
We will meet a couple times to discuss what you want - ideas, colors, themes, inspiration, and"definite do-nots" as well as the guest list, date and budget.  I will get back with you in 1-2 weeks with a list of vendors and what they have to offer.  You choose the ones you want to hire or some that you would like to meet with.  After those decisions are made I will handle the booking and follow-up and every detail up to your wedding day.  I will also handle mailing invitations and keeping up with RSVPs.  This package includes the walk-thru at the rehearsal and no limit on-site the day of the wedding.  I'll be the first one there and the last one to leave to make sure everything about your special day is perfect!

Small Wedding on a Small Budget?

If your wedding has a guest list of under 70 people and/or a budget of less than $7,000 the talk with us about one of our small wedding packages!

Small Wedding Package #1

This package is basically the same as Wedding Package #3, only it's customized for a smaller wedding.  Cermony and Reception are included (4 hours total).  It also includes on-site decorating.

Small Wedding Package #2 

This is the full service package for small weddings!  It also includes on-site decorating.  No matter how big or small your wedding may be, you deserve to be queen for the day so let us handle all the details. Six hours total on-site the day of.

Small Wedding Package #3

This is the kit-n-caboodle of all packages!  Perfect for any small budget wedding!  It's a full service package, on-site decorating included, six hours total on-site the day of, and you get our single photographer package, 50 basic invitations, and your choice of favors or wedding programs (enough for 1 per guest).

*On site decorating (Can be purchased in conjunction with any package or on it's own) 

Servers, Greeters and Attendants to work at your event (hourly rates apply)

*On-site decorating includes covering chairs and tables, hanging fabrics and bows, arranging florals, candles and centerpieces, etc. I would be glad to help with this aspect of the wedding if you do not have people to do it.  The additional charge is to cover the labor of bringing in additional help to get it done in a timely fashion.

**Save 10% on photography, favors or invitations when bundled with any wedding planning package.
